On November 16,2016 local time, PRC Vice President Li Yuanchao paid a visit to and spoke highly of Doraleh Multipurpose Port.

CMG Executive Vice President Hu Jianhua gave an introduction about CMG's global strategic layout in "One Belt and One Road", business performance of Djibouti Port, Free Trade Zone of Djibouti and logistics channel to PRC Vice President Li Yuanchao. He said the throughput of Djibouti Port has increased 160% and profits has grown 200% after CMG became its shareholder.

After hearing the report, Li Yuanchao recognized Doraleh Multipurpose Port as the quality project, which has not only paved the way for Chinese enterprises overseas investment, but also brought economic benefits to Djiboutis.
