On March 5, 2017 local time, China Merchants Group signed Cooperation Agreement in Sinotrans ＆CSC tower with TravelSky. China Merchants Group Chairman Li Jianhong and TravelSky President Cui Zhixiong attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

Li Jianhong said that CMG shared long-term cooperation relationships with TravelSky, starting from retail bank to the restoration of Renhe Insurance, which laid a solid foundation for future fully strategic collaborations. With joint efforts, practical progresses was achieved in innovation foundation and incubator, asset management, securities and data appliance. In the next step, two sides will attach importance to bank, insurance, big data and equity.
