On May 15, 2017 local time, China Merchants Group(CMG) signed Co-operation Agreement with China Great Wall AMC(CGW) in Beijing. CMG Chairman Li Jianhong and CGW Chairman＆President Zhang Xiaosong witnessed the ceremony that CGW Representative Executive Vice President Hu Jianzhong signed with CMG Representative Assistant President. CMG Executive Vice President Wang Hong joined activities.

In the light of Co-operation Agreement, two sides will work together to promote the value maintenance and increase of SOE capitals through asset management, merge and acquisition, equity operation, value management and etc..
