On June 7, 2017 local time, China Merchants Group Chairman Li Jianhong met in Shekou with Zhou Qindi, Mayor of Changshu of Jiangsu Province, and Yang Chonghua, Director of NPC Standing Committee of Changshu. CMG Vice Chairman Zhao Huxiang kept company with him.

Li Jianhong welcomed the visit of Zhou Qindi and expressed the gratitude to the support of Changshu government. Changshu, dotted in the Yangtze River Delta, shared favorably geographic location for the development. China Merchants Group is willing to work with Changshu government to in the construction and operation of industry development on lakes. Zhou Qindi spoke highly of the fast-speed development of CMG and state-of-the-art experience in industry development, with the sincere hope on the engagement of deeper cooperation in lake projects of Changshu.
