On July 17, 2017 local time, China Merchants Group(CMG) signed Cooperation Agreement with Hong Kong Trade Development Council(HKTDC). CMG President Li Xiaopeng and HKTDC President Fang Shunwen oversaw the signature ceremony where CMG CFO Fu Gangfeng signed with HKTDC Assistant President Liang Guohao.

The ceremony in Hong Kong brings the huge pact, which moves to deepen cooperation, a step to initiating strategic partnership. In the light of Cooperation Agreement,CMG will work closely with HKTDC in terms of Convention＆Exhibition, Business Inspection, Industry Research, Business ＆ Trade Platform and etc..

The cooperation aims to gain mutual development and promote "One Belt and One Road" initiative. "Headquarter in Hong Kong, CMG plays a significant role in Hong Kong's economy and society. We are willing to bridge the gap when small and medium sized enterprises go global" said Li Xiaopeng.
