On August 1, 2017 local time, SASAC Chairman Xiao Yaqing, paid a visit to Belarus where he met with Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus, and Cui Qiming, Ambassador of China to Belarus, and inspected Great Stone Project and BELAZ. China Merchants Group(CMG) Li Jianhong, Executive Vice President Hu Jianhua and Director Hu Zheng kept company along the visit.

Chairman Xiao Yaqing spoken highly of the contribution of CMG on China-Belarus Industrial Park( Great Stone Project). "What we saw is not just buildings, but the quality-and-quantity cooperations between two countries" said Xiao. He released a clear message that SASAC would mobilize more resources and encouraged SOEs to spare no effort on the construction of Great Stone Project.
