On September 19, 2017 local time, China Merchants Group(CMG) signed Cooperation Agreement with China Eastern. CMG Chairman Li Jianhong and China Eastern Chairman Liu Shaoyong, CMG Assistant President Hong Xiaoyuan oversaw the signature ceremony where CMG Executive Vice President Sun Chengming signed with China Eastern Chief Accountant Xu Zhao.

The ceremony in Shanghai brings the huge pact, which moves to deepen cooperation, a step to initiating strategic partnership. In the light of Cooperation Agreement, CMG will work closely with China Eastern in terms of business trip ＆ tourism, community and park development, financial leasing, insurance, industry fund, comprehensive logistics and etc.. The cooperation aims to gain mutual development and promote in-depth cooperation.
