On 30 May, 2018 local time, China Merchants Renhe Life Insurance (“the Company”), 12th Meeting of First Board of Directors in Shenzhen, the meeting was presided by CMG and the Company Chairman Li Jianhong.

Majority of the votes were casted in favor of the six resolutions as proposed by the Board and hence, all of the resolutions were duly passed. The approved resolutions included 2017 Solvency Stress Test Report, Amendment of the Company's Articles of Association, Renhe Health Investment, Independent Directors Nominating, Project Development and etc..
