On October 19, 2018 local time, China Merchants Group(CMG) signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Cruises Industry with Haimen Municipality. China Merchants Group President Fu Gangfeng, Executive Vice President Wang Cuijun and governmental representatives attend the Signature Ceremony. 

Two sides has dealt with three agreements, namely Cruises Manufacturing Base, Cruises Manufacturing Industry Zone and Cruises Manufacturing City. Under the terms of the agreements, China Merchants Group and Haimen Municipality would fully play their respective advantages with the goal of reciprocal cooperations among luxury cruise industry, cruise manufacturing base, industry zone and city construction.
