On April 2, Group President Hu Jianhua inspected China Merchants Commerce Leasing's anti-epidemic and resumption of work and production, as well as extended gratitude to employees. Group CFO Zhou Song attended the inspection.

Hu Jianhua heard the reported given by Yang Hao, General Manager of China Merchants Commerce Leasing, on the overview of company's profile, work resumption and work plan for the next step. Hu Jianhua gave recognition to the measures and outcomes concerning anti-epidemic, which were appropriate and managed to maintain "zero suspcted, zero confrimed". He also pointed out that, since its establishment, China Merchants Leasing has achieved healthy development, laid a good foundation and found the right direction with a roadmap. Hu Jianhua put forward two requirements for the company's following development. First, firmly grasp the Group' unique advantages as a comprehensive central SOE. Conduct an in-depth study on the Group's industrial sectors and specify the focus of cooperation. Second, firmly grasp the essence of the risks of financial operation and enhance the ability to recognize, resolve and manage risks. Zhou Song added that China Merchants Commerce Leasing has maintained a favorable development trend in the past three years, and it should continue to improve its marketization level and comprehensive capabilities. The Group will continue to support the promotion and application of financing products, and coordinate and facilitate the leasing business within the Group to be preferentially undertaken by China Merchants Commerce Leasing.
