职位描述：

1.Chief Marine Engineer总海洋工程师

Responsibilities:

Functioned as a discipline manager in Marine Engineering, while reporting to the Manager of R&D center, the candidate will be responsible for:

· Planning and supervising research, design and engineering work within the discipline;

· Leading and providing technical guidance for R&D projects;

· Marketing or promotion of OTRC and its work;

· Coordinating with other disciplines within the R&D center;

· Other duties may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

· M.Sc. or higher degree in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Ocean Engineering;

· Minimum of 15 years of professional experience on design and engineering of offshore floaters (Semi, TLP, Spar, FPSO, FLNG, etc.), including mooring and DP systems;

· Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience;

· Ability to travel on temporary assignments (up to 25%), including intercontinental travel;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Preferred Experience:

· Experience with Dynamic Positioning;

· Ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams;

· Research experience is a plus.

 

 

2.Chief Naval Architect总海工设计师

Responsibilities:

Functioned as a discipline manager in Naval Architecture, while reporting to the Manager of R&D center, you will be responsible for:

· Planning and supervising research, design and engineering work within the discipline;

· Leading and providing technical guidance for R&D projects;

· Marketing or promotion of OTRC and its work;

· Coordinating with other disciplines within the R&D center;

· Other duties may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

· M.Sc. or higher degree in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Ocean Engineering;

· Minimum of 15 years of professional experience on design and engineering of offshore floaters (Semi, TLP, Spar, FPSO, etc.);

· Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience;

3.Chief Structural Engineer 总结构工程师

Responsibilities:

Functioned as a discipline manager in Structural Engineering, while reporting to the Manager of R&D center, the candidate will be responsible for:

· Planning and supervising research, design and engineering work related to Offshore Structures;

· Leading and providing technical guidance for R&D projects;

· Marketing or promotion of OTRC and its work;

· Coordinating with other disciplines within the R&D center;

· Other duties may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

· M.Sc. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or equivalent;

· Minimum of 15 years of professional experience on structural design and analysis of offshore platforms, floaters (Semi, TLP, Spar, FPSO, FLNG, etc.), and other structures;

· Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience;

· Profound knowledge of offshore codes, guidelines and regulations;

· Ability to travel on temporary assignments (up to 25%), including intercontinental travel;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Preferred Experience:

· Experience with advanced FEA tools;

· Research experience is a plus;

· Ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

 

 

4.Principal Marine Engineer 首席海洋工程师

Responsibilities:

While reporting to the relevant discipline manager (Chief Marine Engineer), the candidate to this position will be required to:

· Plan, lead and execute project tasks including research, design and engineering within the discipline;

· Develop new concept designs;

· Develop and implement advanced methods, theories and research techniques;

· Provide technical support to, knowledge sharing with as well as mentoring others;

· Interface with technical collaborators or third parties, including research institutes, engineering firms, class authorities, etc.;

· Other duties as assigned by the management team.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

· B.Sc. or higher degree in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Ocean Engineering;

· Minimum of 10 years of professional experience on design and engineering of mooring or DP systems for offshore floaters (Semi, TLP, Spar, FPSO, FLNG, etc.);

· Minimum of 3 years of experience on project lead and management;

· Ability to deliver high quality work within tight schedules;

· Ability to travel on temporary assignments (up to 15%), including intercontinental travel;

· Good verbal and written communication skills (English).

Preferred Experience:

· Experience of development of new designs or implementation of new techniques;

· Experience on model testing or laboratory measurement.

 

 

5.Principal Naval Architect 首席海工设计师

Responsibilities:

While reporting to the relevant discipline manager (Chief Naval Architect), the candidate to this position will be required to:

· Plan, lead and execute project tasks including research, design and engineering within the discipline;

· Develop new concept designs;

· Develop and implement advanced methods, theories and research techniques;

· Provide technical support to, knowledge sharing with as well as mentoring others;

· Interface with technical collaborators or third parties, including research institutes, engineering firms, class authorities, etc.;

· Other duties as assigned by the management team.

· Plan, lead and execute project tasks including research, design and engineering relevant to structural analysis;

· Develop new concept designs of offshore structures;

· Develop and implement advanced methods, theories and research techniques;

· Provide technical support to, knowledge sharing with as well as mentoring others;

· Interface with technical collaborators or third parties, including research institutes, engineering firms, class authorities, etc.;

· Other duties as assigned by the management team.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

· B.Sc. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or equivalent;

· Minimum of 10 years of professional experience on structural design and engineering of offshore platforms, floaters (Semi, TLP, Spar, FPSO, FLNG, etc.), and other structures;
