China Merchants Group and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province signed a framework agreement to deepen strategic cooperation in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Under the witness of Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Committee, and Miao Jianmin, Chairman of China Merchants Group, Hu Jianhua, President of China Merchants Group, and Feng Fei, Executive Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, signed an agreement.

According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to respective advantages, deepen all-round, wide-ranging and multi-level cooperation, and provide high-quality services for the economic and social development of Zhejiang Province and the construction of a "world-class" enterprise of China Merchants Group. The two parties will focus on cooperation in five major areas: transportation infrastructure construction and operation, regional comprehensive development, modern financial services and investment, "Belt and Road" construction and innovative industry development.
