Miao Jianmin presided over 17th meeting of 11th Board of Directors of China Merchants Bank

On October 9, China Merchants Bank held the 17th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors. Group Chairman Miao Jianmin presided over the meeting.
According to Chairman Miao Jianmin's proposal，the meeting deliberated and passed the proposal on commending Mr Li Jianhong. The meeting highly recognized Mr Li Jianhong's outstanding contributions to the high-quality development and elevation of the core competitiveness of China Merchants Bank during his tenure as the Chairman from 2014 to 2020. The meeting also heard the report of strategic implementation evaluation of the year 2019 and held the 2020 non-executive board meeting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
