On October 20, the first World Maritime Merchants Forum was held in Hong Kong. Initiated by CMG, the forum was held by joining hands with the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO), the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA). More than 100 enterprises from global shipping, ports, logistics, trade, shipbuilding, finance, maritime and other industries were invited to participate in the activity.

With the theme of "Leading the Trend”, the forum is one of the most long-awaited events in the shipping industry this year. By bridging the communications among parties in the upstream and downstream of the industry, the forum aims to seek innovations and changes, strive for solutions, and upgrade and explore new business models in the challenging times. Our vision is to jointly revitalize the shipping industry through constant transformation and upgradation in the era of great changes.
