On August 10, 2016 local time,the reorganization between CMG and Sinotrans＆CSC was the model of the reform of state-owned enterprises,which was entitled as "speeding up the reorganization and improving the efficiency of operating national resources" on the CCTV1.

The News introduced how CMG dealt with human resources in the process of reorganization, with the example of the Yang Xinde, the senior staff in Sinotrans＆CSC, re-compete for employment after the strategic reconstruction. CMG set dual access for employment internally and externally.

Accordingly, the reform of state-owned enterprises was the main content of the structural reform, in particular that on the supply side. Since 2015, Government started to reconstruct quality state-owned enterprises which share similar business lines.By doing this, the modern state-owned enterprises can be more comprehensively established.
