On October 20, 2016 local time, Vice-Premier Wang Yang met in Beijing with his Russian counterpart Yury Trutnev, also presidential envoy to Russia's Far Eastern Federal District. China Merchants Group President Li Xiaopeng was invited to attend the meeting and keep company with Vice-premier Wang Yang in the 1st International Cooperation Industrial Capacity Forum ＆ the 8th COIFAIR.

Wang said China stands ready to work with the Russian side to link their policies, expand cooperation, promote connectivity, make use of existing financing platforms and improve business environments to achieve substantial results.

Trutnev, also presidential envoy to Russia's Far Eastern Federal District, said China is an important partner for Russia to develop the Far East, and Russia will make joint efforts with the Chinese side to elevate cooperation there.

Representing Qianhai＆Shekou Pilot Free Trade Zone, CMG exhibited in the 1st International Cooperation Industrial Capacity Forum ＆ the 8th COIFAIR. The signing ceremony of Belarus and Europe Industrial Fund has been held in the conference.
