On November 11, 2016 local time, China Merchants Group held a video conference for management-optimizing and profit-improving in Hong Kong headquarter. CMG President Li Xiaopeng and related managements attended the meeting. 

Li Xiaopeng said that management-optimizing and profit-improving hold the key to state-owned enterprises, which has been highly focused by Central Government. Li also came up requirements, including scientific mechanism and goal establishment. Importantly, management-optimizing and profit-improving should be integrated with national policy and innovation. Especially, related performance assessment need to cover all departments and subsidiaries.
