On December 7, 2016 local time, China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the resume of China Merchants Group Renhe Insurance Company whose registered capital is 5 billion RMB. Its shareholders includes China Mobile Communications Corporation, TravelSky, Shenzhen Investment Group, Qianhai Financial Holdings, Shenzhen Entrepreneurship Investment Company, Brightoil and IZP Group.

Renhe Insurance Company founded in about 140 years ago, which is the first national insurance company in China. CMG Chairman Li Jianhong said we have great experiences in operating insurance company. The resume of Renhe insurance advanced 60 years of Chinese insurance history. This move is also beneficial for China Merchants Group to build full-chain financial system.
