On 17 January, 2017 Switzerland time, China Merchants Group President Li Xiaopeng was invited to Television Debate "China's  Pivot to World Markets".

Li Xiaopeng said that China Merchants Group mainly invested on transportation infrastructures and industrial park of developing countries. Li also pointed out that Chinese enterprises need to hold on "responsive and reciprocal","localized" and "comprehensive resolutions" principles when going global.
