On March 1, 2019 local time, China Merchants Group(CMG) signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Huarong Asset Management(China Huarong). CMG Executive Vice President Deng Renjie signed the agreement with China Huarong President Li Xin, under the witness of CMG Chairman Li Jianhong and China Huarong Chairman Wang Zhanfeng .

Under the terms of the agreement, CMG and China Huarong will strive to build multilevel cooperations among each’s financial subsidiaries to unleash synergy effect by utilizing their strengths. Meanwhile, two sides will join hands to engage cooperations between the non-financial industry and financial industry and widen cooperations to a larger scope.

Two chairmen delivered speeches in the signature ceremony. Li Jianhong briefly introduced the development of CMG and hoped to continue to deepen strategic cooperations. Wang Zhanfeng deeply believed the cooperation with CMG would bring a more prosperous future.
