On February 3, Hu Jianhua, President of China Merchants Group, paid a site visit to Shekou Cruise Homeport, inspecting the prevention and control of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus. On behalf of Group Chairman, Li Jianhong, he extended his greetings to the front-line staff who remained at their posts during the outbreak. He also stressed that the prevention and control of the contagion is the primary task at present. As a state-owned enterprise, we must be the first on the front line of the epidemic prevention. Shekou Cruise Homeport, as a passenger hub, must pay full efforts to win this battle against the virus.
