CMG resumes work and production orderly

In the face of the severe test brought by the NCP outbreak, while continuously strengthening the prevention measures to ensure the safety of employees and mobilizing resources from all sides to support the frontline, China Merchants Group's subsidiaries have gradually resumed work and production in an orderly manner. Through adopting measures such as remote-work, strengthening staff health assessments and personal protection, return-to-work scheduling, staggered shifts, enhancing the security of the workplace and actively cooperating with local governments to apply for resumption of work.
On February 11, Group Chairman Li Jianhong presided over the fifth meeting of the emergency working group of the prevention and control of novel coronavirus as well as made instructions for the two major tasks: the scientific prevention and control of the epidemic; the orderly resumption of work and production. The meeting required that all units and employees of the Group should consistently implement the decisions and deployment issued by the superiors, further strengthening the confidence and determination of defeating the epidemic and achieving the goals and tasks for the year. Also, all units of the Group should make in-depth study and assessments, take the initiative and spare no effort to resume work and production in strict accordance with relevant requirements and based on the actual circumstances of various industries in various regions.
