So far, China Merchants Hoi Tung has donated 200,000 masks and 50,000 related medicines to the affected areas with no suspected cases detected. Meanwhile, the company's healthcare segment is stepping up cooperation to produce masks using mugwort as a filter material. Li Jianhong praised China Merchants Hoi Tung for its donation to the affected areas in times of scarcity of supplies. He expressed that the dawn of anti-epidemic is emerging, but the efforts we bring to our work cannot be allowed to wane. He required that the stable resumption of work and production should be ensured under the premise of epidemic prevention and the impact brought by the outbreak on the company's business should be assessed scientifically.
