On April 10，Group President Hu Jianhua attended Liaoning Port Group's meeting of leading cadres in Dalian. Executive Vice President, Chairman of Liaoning Port Group, Deng Renjie attended the meeting through videoconferencing. Executive Vice President Wang Cuijun presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the relevant documents for appointments and dismissals were announced. Hu Jianhua fully acknowledged Liaoning Port Group's leading body, who was able to lead all employees in the past year for achieving a smooth start in the integration and innovative development. Hu Jianhua hoped that Liaoning Port Group could earnestly implement the Group's decisions, overcome difficulties, achieve more considerable progress, make new contributions to the construction of an international shipping centre in Northeast Asia and serve the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era. Deng Renjie required that the leading body of Liaoning Port Group should further unify their thinking, come to a clear assessment of the situation, strive to accomplish the annual tasks and promote Liaoning Port Group's high-quality development to a new level.
