On May 15, Group President Hu Jianhua met with Zhu Lianyu, Chairman of Zhenhua Heavy Industries. Executive Vice President Wang Cuijun participated in the meeting.

Hu Jianhua said that China Merchants Group and Zhenhua Heavy Industries have a close link in history and a solid foundation for long-term cooperation, especially in port-related equipment. Hu Jianhua pointed out that digitalization is a new direction for future industrial development, which could help traditional port improve operational efficiency and enable resource integration and exploration in the logistics value chain. He hoped that the two sides would exert respective advantages, strengthen cooperation and achieve win-win cooperation.

Zhu Lianyu introduced about the main business of Zhenhua Heavy Industries. He said that, based on the original business, it is currently looking into new areas of cooperation with innovative efforts. He hoped that a closer cooperative relationship with CMG could be established, to jointly seize new opportunities and achieve further development.
