On June 1, on the occasion of the 19th National "Safe Production Month", Group President, Director of Security Commission, Hu Jianhua attended China Merchants Group "Safe Production Month" launching ceremony. Li Baian, Executive Vice President, Deputy Director of Security Commission, and Safety Director, made deployment regarding the series of relevant activities at the ceremony.

Hu Jianhua spoke at the ceremony that the series of publicity activities have an essential role in promoting the implementation of national safety production policies, laws and regulations and strengthening safety production. Hu Jianhua demanded that all units should participate in full force and, through the "Safe Production Month" activities, acquire safety knowledge, strengthen safety awareness, improve safety quality, create a safety atmosphere and promote quality and efficiency improvement with safety production.

A total of more than 850 employees of secondary subsidiaries and critical safety production units attended the ceremony through video conferencing.
