July 11th is the 16th China Maritime Day. The " Commemoration of China Maritime Day and Commendation Activities of Navigation Technology 2020" co-sponsored by China Institute of Navigation and China Merchants Group was officially launched on the official website of China Institute of Navigation. Centred around the theme of the year "science and technology promote sustainable development of navigation", guests from government departments, shipping enterprises, scientific research institutions and other organizations gathered online to share novel ideas and practices in the field of navigation technology. Group President Hu Jianhua delivered a keynote speech titled "Responding to Challenges, Seizing Opportunities, Promoting Sustainable and High-quality Development of Shipping Industry".
