On July 9, in order to further implement the cooperation framework agreement between the two parties and accelerate the integration of ports in Liaoning and the development of the port-centred industries, Liaoning Province and China Merchants Group held a meeting and signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shenzhen. Chen Qiufa, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee, Liu Ning, Acting Governor of the Liaoning Provincial Government and Group Chairman Li Jianhong attended and addressed the meeting.
