CMG and Liaoning Province signed a memorandum of cooperation

On July 9, in order to further implement the cooperation framework agreement between the two parties and accelerate the integration of ports in Liaoning and the development of the port-centred industries, Liaoning Province and China Merchants Group held a meeting and signed a memorandum of cooperation in Shenzhen. Chen Qiufa, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee, Liu Ning, Acting Governor of the Liaoning Provincial Government and Group Chairman Li Jianhong attended and addressed the meeting. Group President Hu Jianhua presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. In the afternoon, Chen Qiufa and Liu Ning investigated the development and achievements of Shekou over the past 40 years. Liu Ning and Hu Jianhua signed a memorandum of cooperation on behalf of both parties to consolidate the consensus reached in deepening the integration of ports in Liaoning, increasing the development and construction of the Taiping Bay Cooperation Innovation Zone, and promoting the development and growth of Liaoning Port Group, which aims to a lay a foundation for a solid landing of the follow-up cooperation.
