On August 2, Liu Ning, Deputy Secretary of Liaoning Provincial Committee and Acting Governor of Liaoning province, inspected Liaoning Port Group's Yingkou Port Xianrendao Terminal. Xu Guiqing, Deputy Secretary of Yingkou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Yingkou city, participated in the inspection.

Liu Ning gave recognition to the operation and development of Xianrendao port area and Liaoning Port Group's work in consolidating the achievements of epidemic prevention and control, exploring opportunities and fulfilling social responsibilities. Liu Ning stressed that Yingkou city, as an open coastal city in Liaoning province, has effectively strengthened the implementation of Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, made overall arrangements concerning epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and strictly prevented imported cases.
