CMG's emergency working group of prevention and control of COVID-19 holds 27th meeting

On November 27, China Merchants Group's emergency working group of the prevention and control of COVID-19 held the twenty-seventh meeting. Group Chairman Miao Jianmin, head of the emergency working group, presided over the meeting. Group President Hu Jianhua, deputy head of the emergency working group, as well as members of the working group, attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that resurgence of coronavirus infections appeared both at home and abroad recently to varying degrees. All units must attach great importance to changes in the epidemic and be prepared to actively respond to the second wave of a global pandemic for this winter and the coming spring. The meeting put forward four requirements: first, strictly implement the work requirements of superior authorities, and be mentally and professionally prepared that the epidemic may last for an extended period; second, to further uphold to precise prevention and control of critical regions and units; third, to further strengthen supervision and guidance, especially on the inspection and supervision of ports and cold chain logistics business domestically, and the implementation of normalised and long-term on-site control measures of the overseas project; and fourth, to further strengthen incentives and constraints and continue to give full play to the Group's epidemic prevention and control emergency working group and epidemic prevention and control mechanisms.
