工作职责：

工作职责：

Job Responsibilities：

Job Responsibilities：
The incumbent shall report to General Manager of safety superintendent department and will involve daily fleet safety issues with the below job responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the fleet safety assurance and ship safety management.
2.Act as a marine safety superintendent whenever there are issues pertaining to ship’s safety management.
3.Work closely with the company safety superintendent team to ensure fleet’ safety management is met industry requirement.

Job Responsibilities：
1.Report to Technical Dept. manager and involve in supervising navigation and electrical equipment onboard.
2.Responsible for voyage repair of navigation and electrical equipment onboard.
3.Act as a technical advisor whenever there are issues pertaining to the fleet.
4.Work closely with technical superintendent to ensure all navigation and electrical equipment onboard working in good order.
5.Make a plan of shore service for critical navigation and electrical equipment onboard.
6.Conduct periodical inspection and surveys on vessels.

Safety Superintendent
工作职责：
1、一般事故调查；
2、船队风险体系维护，船舶风险评估报告评审及汇总；
3、船队航行安全审核；
4、船舶安全训练报告审核；
5、港口国检查跟踪与指导；
6、船岸应急演练及在船安全训练等。
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历；
2、大副或船长任职5年及以上资历，对公司安全体系熟悉；
3、有能力负责一般事故调查，对船队安全管理有一定认识；
4、能讲普通话和具有较好的中、英文书写能力。
Job Responsibilities：
1.Be responsible for the fleet safety assurance and ship safety management.
2.Act as a marine safety superintendent whenever there are issues pertaining to ship’s safety management.
3.Work closely with the company safety superintendent team to ensure fleet safety management is met industry requirement.
4.Conduct marine incident investigation and maintain the systems of risk management.
5.Ensure vessel’s compliance to statutory requirement and regulations, monitor ship’s PSC inspection and Conduct periodic navigation audit, safety inspection and onboard safety training across the fleet, organize and participate ship & shore emergency exercise regularly.
Job Requirements：
1.Education is undergraduate graduation with bachelor degree.
2.Experience sailing in senior ranks (Master, Chief Officer) will be compulsory for this role, prefer to in senior ranks at least 5 years.

6、跟踪监控船舶SMS评审情况。

Purchasing Officer
工作职责：
1、负责船舶的日常采购供应工作，跟进采购物资的送船及质量反馈，处理供应中出现的问题；
2、做船用物资的市场调查及价格分析;
3、审核发票及跟进付款进度；
4、编制船舶的采购月度报表；
5、部门文书和档案管理工作；
6、执行部门与采购相关的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大学或文凭毕业，有采购专业资格或商科学位者优先考虑；
2、最少2年相关工作经验，有船务行业采购工作经验者优先考虑；
3、良好中英文电脑操作；
4、良好粤语、英语、普通话的听、讲能力；良好中、英文书写能力；
5、有责任心及能承受工作压力；

4、负责根据船员劳务公司所提供的资料向船旗国相关机构审办船员的船旗国相关证书；
5、负责检查和整理船舶帐；

1.Handle marine accident claims.
2.Settle vessel’s hire, freight and port disbursements etc. and daily disputes.
