Mr. Miao Jianmin currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Group Limited and Chairman of China Merchants Bank Company Limited.

He used to serve as Chairman of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited,Vice Chairman and President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company and Vice President and Executive Director of China Insurance H.K. (Holdings) Company Limited.

He received his PhD in economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and Master degree from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Ms. Shi Dai currently serves as Director and President of China Merchants Group Limited.

She used to serve as Vice President of Sinochem Group, Vice Chair of All-China Federation of Trade Unions and concurrently Vice President of All-China Women's Federation, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Committee as well as Director General of the Organization Department of the CPC Ningxia Committee and etc.

She received her MBA degree from China Europe International Business School. She is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Zhong Guodong currently serves as Director of China Merchants Group Limited. He used to serve as Executive Director of Sichuan Company of China Huadian Corporation, Deputy General Manager of State Development& Investment Corp., Ltd. and etc.

He received his bachelor degree in Power System and Automation from Zhejiang University, and is also a Senior Economist.

Mr. Deng Renjie currently serves as Executive Vice President of China Merchants Group Limited. He successively served as Consultant of the General Office in Ministry of Transportation of China, Deputy Director of the General Office in Hunan Province, Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan Province, Deputy Secretary-General of the Party Committee of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, General Manager of General Office and Assistant President of China Merchants Group Limited.

He is currently serves as Deputy Director of the council of the China Communications and Transportation Association, Deputy Director of the 9th council of the China Highway & Transportation Society.

Mr. Deng acquired a master degree from International Law from Dalian Maritime University.

Mr. Feng Boming currently serves as Executive Vice President of China Merchants Group Limited. He successively served as General Manager of COSCO Container Hong Kong Mercury Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Management and Administration Department of COSCO Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., General Manager of COSCO International Freight (Wuhan) Co., Ltd./COSCO Logistics (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and Supervisor of the Strategic Management Implementation Office of China Ocean Shipping Company Limited/COSCO SHIPPING Holdings, General Manager of the Strategic and Corporate Management Department of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited, Chairman of the Board of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited.

Mr. Feng holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong.

Gong Liyun currently serves as Director of China Merchants Group Limited. She used to serve as Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Deputy Director General of the Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Commission.

Ms. Gong holds a doctorate in law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Wang Xiufeng currently serves as Executive Vice President of China Merchants Group Limited. He successively served as Vice President of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd., Financial Director of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment Co.,Ltd., Chairman of China Merchants Expressway Network&Technology Holdings Co.,Ltd., Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of China Merchants Port Group Co.,Ltd. and etc.

Mr. Wang holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tsinghua University. He is a Senior Engineer and Senior Economist.

Wu Bo currently serves as Chief Accountant of China Merchants Group Limited. He used to serve as Chief Accountant of Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd., Vice President and Chief Accountant of Sinopec Chemical Commercial Holding Co., Ltd., Vice President and Chief Accountant of China International United Petroleum&Chemicals Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Finance Department of Sinopec Group, and Chairman of Sinopec Century Bright Capital Investment Ltd.

Mr. Wu graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the School of Trade and Economics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is a Senior Economist and a Distinguished Management Accountant of the China Association of Chief Financial Officers.

Song Rong currently serves as Executive Vice President of China Merchants Group Limited.

He used to serve as Vice President of Sinotrans Container Lines Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Operations Department of Sinotrans Co., Ltd., Executive Director and General Manager of Sinotrans Shandong Co., Ltd., General Manager of China Merchants Logistics Group Co., Ltd., and Executive Director and General Manager of Sinotrans Co., Ltd. Mr. Song holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University.
