Mr. Miao Jianmin currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Group Limited and Chairman of China Merchants Bank Company Limited.

He used to serve as Chairman of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited, Vice Chairman and President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company and Vice President and Executive Director of China Insurance H.K. (Holdings) Company Limited.

He received his PhD in economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and Master degree from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Ms. Shi Dai currently serves as Director and President of China Merchants Group Limited.

She used to serve as Vice President of Sinochem Group, Vice Chair of All-China Federation of Trade Unions and concurrently Vice President of All-China Women's Federation, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Committee as well as Director General of the Organization Department of the CPC Ningxia Committee.

She received her MBA degree from China Europe International Business School. She is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Li Yongming currently serves as Director of China Merchants Group. He used to serve as Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Chairman of The First Company of China Eighth Engineering Bureau Ltd.; Deputy General Manager, Director, General Manager, and Chairman of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp.; Vice President of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd.; and Vice President of China State Construction Engineering Corporation. 

Mr. Li holds an MBA from Shandong University and is a Professor-level Senior Engineer.

Ms. Gong Liyun currently serves as Director of China Merchants Group Limited. She used to serve as Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Deputy Director General of the Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Commission.

Ms. Gong holds a doctorate in law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Wang Jiong currently serves as an external director of China Merchants Group Limited. He previously served as the managing director and deputy general manager of CITIC Group, executive director of CITIC Group, executive director and deputy general manager of CITIC Limited, vice chairman and general manager of CITIC Group.

Mr.Wang received his Master degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, majoring in Finance.

Mr. Wu Xiandong currently serves as External Director of China Merchants Group Limited.

He previously served as Central SOE's full time external director, and held various positions including Assistant General Manager and Head of the Asset Enterprises Management Department of China Aviation Industry Corporation II, Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China Aviation Industry Corporation II, and Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of Aviation Industry Corporation of China.

He holds a PhD in Production Organization and Management from the Department of Economics and Management of Aircraft Manufacturing, Moscow Aviation Institute, a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Beijing Aviation Institute (now Beihang University), and holds the title of Research Fellow.

Mr. Gu Xiaomin currently serves as an external director of China Merchants Group Limited. He previously served as deputy general manager of China United Telecommunications Corporation and General Manager of the Operations & Maintenance Department, deputy general manager of China Tower Corporation Limited, and director and general manager of China Tower Corporation Limited.

He holds a Master of Executive Business Administration from Peking University, and he is also a Senior Engineer.

Mr. Michael Ngai currently serves as a Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of The Red Group, External Director of China Merchants Group Limited, and Independent Non-Executive Director of CRRC Corporation Limited.

He served as the Managing Director of UBS AG, and External Director of COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited.

He holds a master's degree from the University of Cambridge.

Mr. Wei Tao currently serves as Central SOE’s full time external director and External Director of China Merchants Group Limited.

He previously served as General Manager of Minmetals Overseas Trading Company and General Manager of Minmetals Cheerglory Limited, as well as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Minmetals Development Company, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Minmetals Development Company.

He holds a Master's degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.
