Mr. Miao Jianmin currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Group Limited and Chairman of China Merchants Bank Company Limited.

He used to serve as Chairman of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited,Vice Chairman and President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company and Vice President and Executive Director of China Insurance H.K. (Holdings) Company Limited.

He received his PhD in economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and Master degree from PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Ms. Shi Dai currently serves as Director and President of China Merchants Group Limited.

She used to serve as Vice President of Sinochem Group, Vice Chair of All-China Federation of Trade Unions and concurrently Vice President of All-China Women's Federation, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Committee as well as Director General of the Organization Department of the CPC Ningxia Committee and etc.

She received her MBA degree from China Europe International Business School. She is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Zhong Guodong currently serves as Director of China Merchants Group Limited. He used to serve as Executive Director of Sichuan Company of China Huadian Corporation, Deputy General Manager of State Development& Investment Corp., Ltd. and etc.

He received his bachelor degree in Power System and Automation from Zhejiang University, and is also a Senior Economist.

Mr. Wang Jiong currently serves as an external director of China Merchants Group Limited. He previously served as the executive director and deputy general manager of CITIC Group, executive director of CITIC Group, executive director and deputy general manager of CITIC Limited, vice chairman and general manager of CITIC Group.

Mr.Wang received his Master degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, majoring in Finance.

Mr. Li Hui currently serves as Central SOE’s full time external director and external director of China Merchants Group Limited. Mr. Li was previously assistant president of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation (SINOCHEM) and subsequently appointed as vice president of SINOCHEM group. Then Mr. Li successively served as vice president of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), deputy chief of the preparatory group and director to China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (PIPECHINA).

Mr. Li received his Bachelor degree in Economics from University of International Business and Economics. He is also a senior international trader and commercial strategist.

Dr. Wu Xiandong currently serves as Central SOE’s full time external director. He also serves as external director of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Limited and China Merchants Group Limited.

Mr. Tsin Wai Lun Kenneth currently serves as external director of China Merchants Group Limited, Chairman & CEO of CBHK Holdings Limited, CEO of CMK lawyers, Independent Non-Executive Director of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, etc.

He acquired Master of Business Administration from University of Western Sydney, Master of Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Master of Science in Electronic Commerce & Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Gu Xiaomin currently serves as an external director of China Merchants Group Limited. He previously served as deputy general manager of China United Telecommunications Corporation and officer in charge of the planning and management department, deputy general manager of China Tower Corporation Limited, and director and general manager of China Tower Corporation Limited.

He received Executive Business Administration from Peking University, and he is also a Senior Engineer.
