China Merchants Innovation and Technology (CMIT) was established in December 2023 in the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone and officially commenced operations on April 18, 2024. It is an important platform for China Merchants Group to promote technological innovation and develop strategic emerging industries and future industries. It focuses on three major directions: digital & intelligent technology, life technology, and green technology.
